We had a a tremendous response to our ports industry survey very similar to the survey held in 2018. Our thanks to all the respondents and we hope these results give you an idea of how you compare to the rest of the industry.
Some of the changes make perfect sense taking into account the increase in digitalization of business, but one or two come as a surprise. We will leave any judgements up to you. It IS what it is. All numbers are percentages.
