SABMILLER estimates savings of 3% on project costs by using iSpec

Challenges

Globally breweries which had been acquired over the years all applied different standards and procedures for upgrading or installing new plant and equipment. As a result there was no standardisation and expertise globally was also not consistent.

Solutions

iSpec’s Master library and sub-tender (work-package) features could now allow for more standardisation and cost savings globally. The collaborative features allowed better sharing of expertise amongst regions and breweries – thereby driving down costs and improving quality and engineering standards as well as improving compliance.
