The RFXs you create can either be public tenders were anyone can register and respond or, only by invitation to a select list of vendors. iSpec's vendor on-boarding and management features allow for one-time approval or individual pre-qualifications per RFX.

Online collaboration

iSpec's concurrent document editing features allow you to collaborate with clients, consultants and vendors remotely and speed up the entire process. All edits, approvals, etc. are all recorded as part of the comprehensive audit trail - providing accountability and easy dispute resolution.

Automated evaluations

All responses to an RFI can instantly be compared and evaluated - line by line. The reason is that every question, price, compliance is organized in iSpec and responded to in a single format.

Automated clarifications

Clarifications don't need to be compiled and distributed. As they come in each can be answered and sent to one or all vendors automatically. This speeds up the process and reduces admin.

Everything a user does is recorded as part of the audit trail, all edits, all approvals, clarifications, responses, etc. automatically without user action being required. 

Pricing options


Remy charges a small fee as a percentage of awarded contract cost. The consultant can pass this on to the client or include it in their consulting fee. Consultant pays this directly to Remy on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Concurrent login
